orange light blinks until it shuts off again

I am facing issues with my acer chromebook. When I press the purple power button on the side it the blue and orange light comes on but the problem is the blue light comes on but the orange light blinks until it shuts off again. I check the power outlets in all over my house. I plug it back in the chromebook first then the wall and its still nothing. Please help me I need help.

@mike its an purple chromebook and on the charger with the yellow sticker it says Acer R11

@mike I check the outside got a brand new outlet and its still a no show. It have a button on the side when i press it it shows the solid blue light and the orange light blinks. This happen for 5 seconds i know it's dead but it won't show me if it's charging or not because I can't see the orange light to tell.
