repair a Legend Air ventilator

Hi, I want to repair a Legend Air ventilator that is broken.  Its turbine has apparently failed.  The turbine is of airfan type.  I can not open it.  How do I open this turbine?  Can you send me how to test the turbine or the connection of the turbine wireing?
