Dell 3555 flickers frequently when I switch Display Adapter to AMD

When I switch to my AMD display adapter it starts flickering but when I again switch back to Microsoft display adapter the problem disappears. How can I stop flickering problem when Im on AMD display adapter Please solve this problem!!!
