@mukul13322 either a drive failure or a connection issue. Most commonly this will be a failed HDD. Restart your Vostro and access the BIOS. Set the boot device to USB. Now get a USB boot drive and give that a try. Restart the computer and press F12 when the Dell logo is displayed on the screen. Boot to the USB drive from the One Time Boot Menu. Download the service manual from here It will help you with the repair.
