red standby indicator blinks really fast

I recently moved the TV from one room to another and after that, when I switch On the TV, There's no visual feedback,the red standby indicator blinks really fast for around 18-20 times. And a buzzing sound is also there.

The make is Panasonic Viera

TH-37PV60EH
