Toshiba DTB140 not detected by a computer

J'ai un disque dur Toshiba DTB140. Il fonctionnait normalement, bien que j'ai dû jouer avec le câble pour le brancher à l'ordinateur la veille du problème. Lors de ma dernière utilisation, je l'ai branché et il a été détecté une seconde puis plus rien. La led bleue ne s'allumait plus et il n'était plus détecté par l'ordinateur. J'ai changé de port USB, de câble, d'ordinateur et ça n'a rien changé. J'ai ouvert le boitier et dévissé la carte mère puis je l'ai replacée, rien n'a changé. J'ai l'impression que j'ai juste un soucis de connexion à l'ordinateur. Que puis-je faire? Je ne veux pas perdre toutes les photos que j'ai dessus qui ne sont nulle part ailleurs.

I have a Toshiba DTB140 hard drive. It worked normally, although I had to play with the cable to connect it to the computer the day before the problem. When I last used it, I plugged it in and it was detected for a second and then nothing. The blue LED no longer lit up and it was no longer detected by the computer. I changed USB ports, cables and computers and nothing changed. I opened the case and unscrewed the motherboard, then replaced it, but nothing changed. I think I'm just having problems connecting to the computer. What can I do? I don't want to lose all the photos I have on it which are nowhere else.
