Yep! Looks like a bad fan.
-Lets give this a try go into TC Pro Preferences and click on the Fan tab. Enable Fan Control and set for Auto Boost set to 60c save and then see if the fan goes on now when the temp is over 60c. If not your fan needs replacing.
