Unfortunately I cannot even find a user manual for the model number you posted let alone a service manual or parts list for it.
The best that I can advise is try a power reset and check if they perform correctly.
-Turn off the units if they are on and disconnect the power to the units i.e. remove the designated fuses or trip the designated breakers in the house power box, for 5 minutes and then restore the power to the units and check.

The image below is what Daiken suggests but presumably you've already tried this.
