How can you open the battery case and replace the lithium ion cells?
This could be possible, but it's the hard way.
Open the battery case will be difficult, and you well need to keep the BMS circuit board inside the battery pack then build a battery pack with new cells and reactivate the BMS again as some battery BMS have a security that cut the power output when the BMS has stopped to be powered. So after replacing the cells, the battery might not work as is as the BMS might cut the power output of the battery pack.
I don't know if this battery pack has this kind of security on it's BMS.
