Turn Off the Power

  • The Asus Transformer series tablets have a hard power switch. This should be turned off before working on the tablet.

  • Locate the power switch near the power button on the top left. Use a tool to slide it to the position marked 'off'

  • For many repairs, like replacing the screen or digitizer, you do not need to remove the battery once you hve turned the tablet off. Be very careful not to short anything out with metal tools!

Couper l'alimentation

Les tablettes de la série Asus Transformer sont équipées d'un interrupteur d'alimentation. Ceci doit être désactivé avant de travailler sur la tablette.

Localisez l'interrupteur d'alimentation près du bouton d'alimentation en haut à gauche. Utilisez un outil pour le faire glisser jusqu'à la position marquée "off"

Pour de nombreuses réparations, comme le remplacement de l'écran ou du numériseur, vous n'avez pas besoin de retirer la batterie une fois la tablette éteinte. Faites très attention à ne rien court-circuiter avec des outils en métal!
