Prepare New Battery Circuit Board

  • Remove the kapton tape securing the new battery's circuit board

  • Use a soldering iron to remove the attached wires from the circuit board's pads

  • Use a soldering iron and some soldering wick to clean up the pads

  • Add some fresh solder to the pads and solder two thin, flexible wires to the positive and negative tabs of the circuit board

  • Please take note of the wires' orientation. As you'll have to wrap the wires around the battery to fit the battery and wires into the case, solder them at an angle to make your life easier

Préparer le circuit imprimé de la nouvelle batterie

Retirer le ruban adhésif en kapton qui protège le circuit imprimé de la nouvelle batterie.

Utilisez le fer à souder pour retirer les fils attachés aux contacts du circuit imprimé.

Utiliser le fer à souder et la mèche à dessouder pour nettoyer les contacts.

Ajoutez de l'étain neuf sur les contacts et soudez deux fils fins et flexibles sur les languettes positive et négative du circuit imprimé.

Veuillez bien retenir l'orientation des fils. Comme vous devrez enrouler les fils autour de la batterie pour faire entrer la batterie et les fils dans le boîtier, soudez-les en biais pour vous faciliter la tâche.
