Good morning, yesterday i replaced my battery with this instruction. It was late and I reinstalled the screen without ne Sealing.

Yes the black adhesive Ring is the sealing for the phone.

My Question to the people who does often this replacement: Is it nessesary to replace the sealing? - Or will the old sealing also be clueing all together again?

Ich habe eine Dichtung für den Display erneuert. Das hat bei mir insgesamt 3 Anläufe gebraucht. also hier sollte man sich mehrere Dichtungen besorgen, damit man auch 2-3 x probieren kann.

By the way: When I pflug in the iPhone with my mac: Itunes could Sync my iPhone and iphoto see all the photos, which are on the camera roll. But I cannot use my phone: I only see the apple on the Display.

Can somebody say me, if the screw (1.8 mm) on the left side is very important? I lost this screw? What is the function of this screw?
