HI. I had the same problem and the only solution was via SDCARD. You have to download a right firmware for your tablet and put in a SDCard like this: Here is instructions in this tablet without volume keys and Home key. Everyone asks how to do the recovery: upgradeable via the SD-card: 1. Unzip the contents of the archive to the root of the SD-card; 2. Insert the card into the tablet and switch it off; 3. Press the power button + reset at the same time. 4. Release the power button and after 2 seconds the reset button. If you did everything correctly, wait a little and you will see the display of the update process. In the case of successful update a caption that the card will be learned. After that, remove the card and restart the tablet (after reset). After the software update be sure to do a factory reset via the menu android. If after the update does not work for touch screen -. In your hands is a tablet other revisions

HI! It's a pain in the ass to do this and i think this dont justify to have the job done. I used two keychain rings attached in a piece of Nichrome wire because it's very hard to broke. I heated a little all the tablet and put everytime direct heat in the part i'm with the wire and did the job with very very carefull. after i thought the worst part is done, i've come with the loca glue removing. I think it's harder than the first part of removing digitizer from LCD. I used Isopropyl alchool and did it finally. but some alchool go to backlight and i can do nothing. The display is now blotched with alchool in some parts. Conclusion: With very patience you can do this but i don't think it worth the effort.
HI! Yes it better to use hot air to help the glue to stick out because it's very fixed and i don't know if i can without that help. Opened it sucessfull. My problem was to find a replacement dock and it was difficult to find, and for those who need to replace the part 820-1794-A, can find the connector here: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Iphone-30pin-male-connector-Iphone-30pin-15-degrees-oblique-male-connector-Ipod-30pin-mobile-phone-connector/899116024.html Hope i can help someone! Regards
HI! I'd like to know also if we can replace a 2009 C2D A1297 17" logic board to a 2011 Core I7 logic board. It is possible? The motherboards are equals? Thanks!
Also a big difference, is that the digitizer in the SM-T520 is glued to the display, making it very hard to replace without break the lcd display. What i do it to put heat at sufficient ammount around display and with a nichrome wire in the diagonal start to cut between lcd and digitizer. It's difficult :s

Be carefful when pulling the stick tape. It is very strong and can break the flex cable of the camera and other flex cables...
