Trouble connecting to Wi-fi

The phone cannot access to wi-fi

Your internet is having issues

Check your internet provider. Then, check your internet router. Simply move your router in a different place or reset it.

Your phone's wi-fi setting causes issues

Go to Settings, Network & Internet. Turn off and on to check if the wi-fi works. If not, restart your phone.

Screen is Frozen

The device’s screen is frozen and/or unresponsive.

Insufficient Storage

Make sure that your device has enough storage, otherwise insufficient memory could lead to slow performance. Clear out any unnecessary apps or documents from your files. A lack of storage space and memory are usually the main causes for this problem. Simply go to your Settings and access Apps or Files.

Soft Reset is needed

If your device is frozen and unresponsive, a soft reset is most likely needed. Simply hold the power button, and power your device off.

Software Update needed

Make sure that your device is up to date on all updates.

Charger Port does not work.

The charger port doesn't charge the phone consistently.

Try other charging methods, such as a different charger, cable, or power outlet, to determine precisely what went wrong.

To clear out any dirt or debris that might be obstructing the connection, clean out the port using a toothpick, a cotton swab, or compressed air.

Battery Life problem

Restart your phone first before anything else. Have the charger port and damaged cable cleaned out. The battery connector could be replaced if the charger port isn't replaceable.

Overheating

Phone is hot and stops running

Too many apps open at once

If your device is overheating, it could be due to multiple apps running at the same time, causing an overworked CPU.

Faulty battery or charger cable

Check to see if your charger is functioning correctly, as this may be the cause for an overheating device.

Screen brightness

Make sure that your screen brightness is not set too high.

Software Updates required

Check to see if your device is up to date on software updates and installments.

Device is slow:

 If your smart phone Doov V15 is having following issue then we needs software update on the device.

Performance Issues:

Slow performance, slowdowns, and laggy behavior on the device can be a signs that a software update is needed.

App Crashes:

Repeated app crashes or instability with certain apps could be resolved with a software update.

Security Vulnerabilities:

If your device is running an out-of-date version of Android, it may be at risk to security threats.

Network and Connectivity Issues:

Problems with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or mobile data connectivity can sometimes be resolved with software updates.

System Error Messages:


If you encounter error messages or notifications related to system software, it's a good idea to check for updates. Updates often address known system errors and issues.

Compatibility with New Apps:

Some newer apps may require a more recent version of Android to run properly. If you're unable to install or use certain apps, it may be due to an outdated version of software.

To check for and install software updates on your Doov V15, go to the "Settings" menu, inside  you see the option  called “About” click on that and you will see "Software Updates" or a similar option, and following the on-screen instructions. And allow your auto software update whenever updated version is available.

Remember that keeping your device's software up to date is important not only for improving performance but also for ensuring the security of your device and its data.
