Device's Bluetooth will not connect
There are problems with the Bluetooth function on the speaker. There might be little to no sound or you are unable to connect your mobile device to the speaker.
Speaker is paired with another device
You are unable to connect your smartphone or other devices to the speaker via Bluetooth. You can do a factory reset, or hard reset, to erase all the data stored in the speaker.
To do a factory reset hold the volume up button and the play/pause button until the power and connect button lights turn on. You will know the speaker has begun resetting with a power-down guitar sound. Power up your device and reconnect the audio.
Speaker does not produced sound when connected
No sound is produced when the speaker is connected via Bluetooth. To begin check to see if the speaker is connected to another device or if is not paired at all.
To begin a hard reset turn on the device and simultaneously press the volume buttons and the play/pause button. Before starting the reset, the speaker’s power and connect buttons will light up. You will know the speaker has started resetting with a power-down guitar sound. Power up your device and reconnect the audio.
No sound when using Aux
There is no sound produced when the speaker is connected to the aux.
Check that speaker is not connected via Bluetooth to a device. Check that the speaker is properly connected to the aux cord.
Bass is distorted
The sound is distorted or sounds off when playing something on the speaker.
Determine Influence: listen to the sound and determine the cause. Certain sounds often show whether the issue is internal or external. Sharp vibrations and shaking could signify an internal sound issue. Static noises or frequent disconnection could be externally caused.
Blown or damaged subwoofer
This is due to a blown or damaged subwoofer. Usually, subwoofers that do not make any bass can not be repaired and must be replaced by a technician. If the bass is lower than expected it could be your specific playlist of songs was chosen by the creator to have low bass. If that isn't the case and you are sure there is supposed to be more bass than played, check the connections/ battery life and the low bass problem may be fixed.
Interrupted Bluetooth connection
If your speaker begins receiving static noise, turn off Bluetooth capabilities for all unnecessary devices. Disconnect and reconnect the primary audio device. If issues continue after the above instructions, you will probably need to replace the speaker driver on the device. Use this guide Guide for a step-to-step on how to replace the speaker driver.
Speaker does not have proper connection to mobile/bluetooth connected device

Turn on the device and simultaneously press the volume buttons and the play/pause button. Before beginning the reset, the speaker’s power and connect buttons will light up. You will know the speaker has begun resetting with a power-down guitar sound. Power up your device and reconnect the audio.

Device is not Charging
The device is not charging properly or charging at all.
Faulty Charging Port
The charging port is not being recognized as functioning. You would begin by removing the outer shell of the speaker by the seam. To do so this can be done with a flat screwdriver or a pry tool of some sort. Upon completing this step you will then remove the power/volume button and remove the four screws with a screwdriver. After this step is completed make sure the connectors are secured and hooked in properly and power on the device and try connecting it or simply charging it.
Faulty battery
Another revolving issue is that the device could potentially have a battery that is not in working condition. Proceed by removing the shell of the speaker, removing the screws, and replacing the battery with an appropriate one. Use this guide Guide for a step-to-stop on how to replace the battery.
Buttons are unresponsive
One or more buttons on the device are unresponsive when the device is turned on.
Faulty power button
If the speaker is not turning on check to see that the battery is charged. Connect the device to its charging port, wait a little bit, and try turning the device on. This is to ensure the problem is with the power button, not the battery or charging port.
Buttons have dust between them
If you notice debris in-between button spacing, attempt to remove dust with air. If blowing air between buttons does not relieve the issue, you may need to replace the speaker’s buttons.
Buttons are unresponsive when the speaker is on
The speaker turns on but the other buttons such as play/pause and volume do not work. Notice if the buttons are completely unresponsive. Recall if the speaker was recently dropped or if it sustained any injuries. Try dislodging stuck buttons by blowing air. If unsuccessful, buttons will need to be replaced. Use this guide Guide for a step-to-step on how to replace the buttons.

The light is blinking red (the charging light) even when it is plugged into the charger. I've tried other phone chargers that I know are reliable and with no results. I turn it on and it tries to pair and in about 5 seconds it shuts off . Please help !
