The Headset has become uncomfortable

After wearing the headset, It has become uncomfortable the cushions are starting to peel away and wear out or have become dirty.

Cushion are Dirty

Your cushions are dirty but still useable, you will need to remove the ear cushions and clean them. To clean leather ear pads, use a warm, damp cloth and soap to wipe down any spots. For cloth ear pads, apply a damp cloth and soap, or wash the ear pads in a washing machine.

Cushion have worn down or ripped

Your cushions are ripped or worn down, you will need to get new ones and replace them.

Sound is low or not coming through at all

There is no audio coming through or it is very faint.

Volume slider might be down

If the sound coming through the speaker is very low or not transmitting at all use the slider on the headset and raise it to the maximum volume.

The headset might not be plugged in all the way

Make sure the cable is fully connected to the jack and not slightly loose otherwise it might affect the audio.

System Settings

Make sure whatever system you have the headset plugged in to does not have the audio lowered or turned off and if it is simply raise it to a comfortable volume.

Defective Speaker

The speaker within the headset is no longer working properly and you will need to open the headset and replace the speaker.

Microphone not picking up audio

When trying to speak into the microphone, no audio is being recorded.

Microphone is not plugged in correctly

Try re-plugging the headset into the correct jack to see if it was incorrectly plugged in.

The Microphone is muted

Make sure the mute button the microphone isn’t turned on. if it is turn off the mute button.

Defective Microphone

Your microphone may be defective and not be able to pick up any audio at all. In that case, you would need to order a replacement microphone and replace the microphone.

Headband will no longer adjust properly

When taking off the headset, dropping the headset resulted in the headband breaking and it is now unwearable.

The Headband is Cracked or Damaged

After your headset might of taken a fall, or the headset has taken damage in anyway, the headband might break or crack and become uncomfortable and won't fit on your head properly. you will need to replace it.

Unable to Mute

When toggling the button to stop recording your voice, your voice still records anyway.

Defective Mute Button

Your mute button may be defective and not able to toggle properly. In that case, you may need to take your headset apart and replace the button.

Headset Does Not Connect to Any Devices.

When trying to connect the headset to a phone or laptop, the bluetooth will not connect.

The Headset Isn't Charged

Your battery might be low or even dead. If the batteries are low, the signal strength may be very weak and unable to connect to your devices. You are going to want to charge your headset by plugging the charging cable into the charging port.

Faulty USB Port

Your wireless dongle might not be fully functioning due to the USB port that you plugged it into. Try plugging the dongle into a different USB port.

Faulty Wireless Dongle

Your wireless dongle may be defective and not able to toggle properly. In that case, you may need to order a replacement dongle.

The Bluetooth Module might be faulty

The Bluetooth Module within the headset itself could be defective, and wont allow your headset to connect to any device. you could try restarting the Bluetooth adapter on your device within the settings.

Short Battery Life

After charging the headset, the headset dies after a short amount of time.

The Battery wont charge

If the headset will not charge try changing the cable, if the new cable still wont charge the headset check to see if the charging port needs to be cleaned out, try blowing into it or using a q-tip to clean out any gunk.

The Battery might be damaged

Your battery might be corroded, or damaged and it will need to be replaced. In this case, you will need to take the headset apart.

the headvand didn't vreak, vut the headphone part (the part that actually goes on your ears and plays sound through them) just detatched entirely. what should I do?

And now i've disconnected my headphones and connected them once again but they wont play sound via the dongle. Can anyone help me?

My headphones aren't connecting to any device. The light is glowing green on charging so they are fully charged. Any ideas on what's wrong? They worked the other day for one session only.

I have one faulty unit that don't produce any sound from the right cup (the opposite of the other where the volume wheel is). I'd like to know the most common solutions to this situation.

sometimes it splits into 2 channels Razer barracuda X and 3 - razer barracuda X and the second one works but not the other. AND the second one has bad audio and sometimes just cuts out audio for a few seconds HELP ME
