Why cant I download apps from playstore?
Not downloading anything ill click install and what pops up is error retrieving information from server RPC:S-7:AEC-7 PK78-ZKZM-ZUL7A

Hi,
First, make sure you have an Internet connection.
If so try the following one at a time:
1. Make sure Download Manager is turned on
Open your device's main Settings app.
Touch Apps or Application manager (depending on your device, this may be different).
Near the top of your screen, you'll see several sections like "Downloaded," "Running," or "All." Swipe right until you see "All."
Scroll down until you find and then touch Download Manager.
To turn Download Manager on, touch Enable. If you see Disable, you already have Download Manager turned on and don't need to make any changes.
2. Update the date and time on your device
Follow these steps to sync your device with Play Store servers.
a. Open your device's main Settings app.
b. Touch Date and time.
If you see "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone," uncheck them.
Manually change the date and time, so that they are incorrect.
Tap the Home Screen button.
Go back to your Date and time settings (repeat steps a & b).
Manually change the date and time, so that they are correct.
Re-check the boxes for "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone."
3. Clear cache and data
Open your device's main Settings app.
Touch Apps or Application manager (depending on your device, this may be different).
Touch Google Play Store > Clear cache > Clear data.
Touch the back arrow Back arrow.
Select Download Manager > Clear cache > Clear data.
Note: If you've changed your settings on the Google Play Store app (content filters, password protection, etc.), you'll need to set them up again after clearing cache and data.

That doesn't work
I tried all that and it still will not download anything. What else can be wrong?
Hi,
Check that the Play store app is up to date. Open the Play store app, select Settings, scroll down to build Version and tap on it to enter. Follow the prompts.
this didn't work what else can i do to download my apps......cause i really need to download this app for my pregancy to keep up with my dates
I didn’t think it worked until I rebooted! After doing all the steps turn tablet completely off than back on and go back into the playstore, and wah-lah!

I am unable to download any app. It says download started but nothing happens. I only have market app which loads playstore.
