1 I cannot hear any audio from the laptop. What is wrong?
After laptop powers on and logs into Windows, I cannot hear any audio from any source.

Hey Ricky,
You can ensure that the volume is not muted and the volume is turned up. It is possible that your port for the audio jack is broken or obstructed. Lastly, check that the device's audio drivers are up to date. Please refer to our troubleshooting guide for further instruction.
