when ive try to open my chromebook there is no light nor backlight.
then i put flashlight to the screen and i saw that my device is running. the only problem is thre is no light in the screen

What year did you get your Acer Chrome book? If it's around 2019 - 2022, screen backlighting goes out 3 months into use. If below said years, the lights go out 9 months into use. This is a factory defect with screens.
