The car won’t go past a little over 2000 rpm’s
I have 2009 Nissan Altima. Replaced the maf sensor, throttle body, fuel filter, cats checked and weren’t clogged the car won’t go past a little over 2000 rpm’s but engine revs and I don’t know what else it could be at this point

Did you try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting?

Hi @amandadani92694,
Get the car's ODBII port scanned for error codes.
That's the quickest way to find out what's happening with the engine.
Major auto parts retail outlets in the USA e.g. AutoZone, will do this for free apparently

I just brought it to the mechanic he said the cat was really clogged. I think he gutted it.. I mean it has power now a lot of it but now the exhaust smells really bad, some white smoke comes out and my gas mileage won’t go down at all 😩

Just did! Thankyou lol! Is the smoke and gas mileage normal with that though? Do you know?
