I just visited India. There is SO much dust there like I can't even describe it. I noticed more overheating so I assume it's dust filled into fans and stuff. Even the screen is icky. I was hoping for a cleaning guide (ex; fans, screen, between the bezels)

Here's the maintenance and service guide taken from this support webpage for the laptop.
It details the necessary steps to completely disassemble the laptop if that's what you want to do.

Generally the parts that need maintenance are the fans, which can collect dust (plus anywhere else where dust has entered the laptop), and the thermal paste, which is on top of the CPU and under the heat sink.
So, basically use the pre-existing OEM guides on iFixit for the following:
* fan: Changement ventilateur HP EliteBook 845 G8
* and heat sink: Changement dissipateur thermique HP EliteBook 845 G8
If you've watched Andy's dust cleaning videos from the Salem Techspert YouTube channel, then you've already have a good idea on how to clean dust from this laptop.

I guess....the answer is not necessary for being detailed. Anyone can do it.
All you need is a strong vacuum that can spin the fan. As for the bezel you, use it with great caution and avoid touching the screen.
