No Power

If The air fryer wont turn on it could be because either its not plugged in properly.

  • Plug the device into a suitable and functional power outlet.

But sometimes it would be the wire going bad after years of use, causing it to need replacing.

  • Cut off 1/4 of the wire, the side with the plug in. Strip 1-2 inch of the rubber from both the replacement and the original cord. Wrap the correct wires together to ensure a electric flow is made. Wrap each wire in electrical tape ~4-7 times. Finally, wrap both together to roughly the same thickness as the new cord.

Too Much Buildup

If you overfill your air fryer or have used it for a long time it very likely to be dirty.

  • In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp baking soda and 15 mL of water to form a spreadable paste.
  • Use a sponge to spread the paste on the baskets and scrub. Let the baskets sit for 15 minutes before rinsing.
  • Wash baskets with soap and water before using.

Heating Coil Not Functioning

If no heat is produced it could be that it's not getting power or the heating coil needs maintenance which results in the heating element failing.

  • make sure the air fryer is clean
  • If it's clean but it's still not heating up; try to reset the air fryer. Here's how to reset Cosori Air Fryer.
  • If its still not functioning, contact a professional as it may have a faulty heating element or broken temperature button that needs replacing.

Fan Not Functioning

If no air is being blown into the basket after being turned on it could either be too dirty or broken,

To clean the fan.

  • use a damp cloth to gently wipe off debris
  • then use a brush to get grease and let dry

For replacing the fan it is highly recommended to contact Cosori customer service to replace it, but if you want to replace it your self.

  • disassemble the shell
  • locate the fan
  • carefully detach the wires and remove the broken fan
  • reattach the wires with the new fan
  • reassemble the shell

Buttons Not Working

If the buttons on your air fryer aren't working it could need resetting or dirty buttons

  • Unplug the air fryer, then plug it back in
  • Within 3 seconds, press and hold the spots where the FISH and BACON buttons are, the display should show 35°F and the –, +, and power buttons
  • Then, tap the – and/or + buttons to bring the temperature to a negative temperature, then back to 00°F
  • Finally, tap the power button and unplug the air fryer.

To clean the buttons, use a damp warm water cloth to rub the grease off
