My speaker is recognized as headphones by my computer Bluetooth and has headphone quality when plugged in with aux it is recognized as a speaker and plays great but i want that quality with Bluetooth.

My (Pixel 2) phone has Bluetooth enabled, and the speaker is successfully playing from Spotify, YouTube, etc., but for some reason just refuses to play my Google Play Music. Mine just stops playing, still shows connected on both the computer and the device. I have to disconnect and power cycle the DOSS, then it will connect again but the same thing happens within 20 minutes. THIS IS NOT USABLE!!

I have an interesting problem. My speaker was working fine yesterday, the charger works totally fine. But right now the speaker is on (?) The blue light is flashing. But it's totally non-responsive to any inputs, won't connect to blutooth and won't turn off. None of the factory reset commands work.

At this point I'm thinking I'm just gonna leave it on until the power dies and then hard reset it. But I haven't read about anyone else having this problem and I'm wondering why this is happening/ if there's a quicker fix, bc its probably almost fully charged rn and bleeding the whole battery is going to take forever if it's just on but not even connected or playing any music.

I have the bluetooth DOSS speaker and it wont turn off. And every so often it will also make the “on” sound and the blue center light will come back to flash.

I think the power button on my Doss speaker is broken. It was working fine one minute, then I turned it off and set it down on a table. I went back to check on it, and it would not turn on. I thought it might be out of battery, but I plugged it in and the light came on when I charged it. Still the same thing, though. It won’t turn on. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When playing music from my new IPhone 11 via Bluetooth onto my Doss, there is a sound that resembles “a busy phone signal when you try calling someone”. It only lasts for one second, but repeats every 30 seconds (exactly). I confirmed that there were no other devices with the Bluetooth activated.

Hi, my doss soundbox is coming on, on its own. Every time when I try to turn it off it just automatically comes right back on. Also I noticed that the lights on the top start to glitch and then it just shoots right back on.

My DOSS soundbox works fine with audio , like You Tube, and NPR, but is horrible with my video sites like Hulu, Amazon Prime. It either starts buffering every few minutes, or displays a “won’t play” message, and I have to restart. It does the buffering stuff with my Audiobooks too. My old DOSS did the same stuff, but it did work on Amazon Prime video. This one won’t even work with that and now is starting to have problems on You Tube. What’s wrong?

My doss box pro makes the normal sound of connecting to Bluetooth, then right after makes a weird crackling kind of click and is silent. The device I'm trying to connect to it says it's not connected. I'm not sure what's happening. I've tried resetting both devices several times, turning pairing mode on and off on both devices several times as well. I don't understand what's happened as they were connecting fine together for the past few months, and all the sudden today they won't connect.
