Device does not turn on

Robot does not show any signs of activity when the power button is pressed.

Dead battery

The battery may have run out of charge. Remove the battery and place it in the charging adapter. Plug the adapter into the wall and wait about two hours until the blinking orange light turns green. Then place the battery back in the slot on the robot. To remove the battery, refer to this guide.

Faulty battery

A faulty battery can also prevent the robot from turning on. If the battery is charged and the robot still does not turn on, then the battery is faulty. Replace the battery with this guide.

Faulty adapter

The robot may not turn on because the adapter is not charging the battery. If the light on the adapter does not turn on when plugged into the wall, then the adapter is faulty. Consider finding a replacement online.

Device does not move in a straight line

The robot does not move forwards when turned on.

Wheels covered in debris

Debris that gathers in the wheels can prevent the robot from moving correctly. To clean the wheels of debris, turn the robot upside down rotate each wheel. If any debris is visible, gently pull it out of the wheel.

Mop pad separating from attachment card

The attachment card holds the mop pad and is located in front of the wheels. If the pad is worn out, it could separate from the attachment card and inhibit the movement of the robot. Verify that this is the problem by looking at the mop pad. If the pad is particularly worn near the wheels, the mop pad should be swapped with a new one using this guide.

Tire tread not firmly attached

Loose tire tread could inhibit the motion of the robot. To determine if the tire tread is loose, use your thumb to push the tread outward and away from the wheel. If the tread comes off, the wheel should be replaced by following this guide.

Device is leaking

Water does not stay in the reservoir.

Overfilled water tank

Check to ensure the water tank was filled to just below the tank cap. There should be enough room for the tank cap to close completely without forcing water out of the tank. If not, remove the tank cap and pour out any excess water.

Faulty tank

If the tank is filled correctly, there may be a problem with the water tank itself. Inspect the tank by removing the filter (reference this guide). If the tank is damaged, replace it using this guide.

Device sprays dirty water

When cleaning, the robot sprays dirty water.

Dirty filter

If there is residue in the filter, the robot may spray dirty water. To clean the filter, first remove it from the robot. Then remove any visible debris. Afterwards, rinse it under warm water. For instructions on how to remove and reinstall the filter, follow this guide.

Residue in tank

If the robot still sprays dirty water, there may be residue in the tank. To clean the tank, remove it from the robot and rinse it with soapy water. For instructions on how to remove and reinstall the tank, follow this guide.

Device does not spray water

When cleaning, the device does not spray water out of the nozzle.

Empty water tank

The robot has an internal tank that holds water. If this tank is empty, then the robot will not spray water. The lid of the tank is located on top of the robot under the handle. Refill the tank, and try cleaning again.

Faulty spray nozzle

The spray nozzle is the piece that ejects water. If the water tank is full, then the nozzle may be faulty. The nozzle can be replaced using this guide.
