Mouse’s optical sensor randomly stopped working, unplugging and plugging back in doesn’t help.

Hello! I have the PC257A (T18) Gaming Mouse, and all of the proper drivers are installed according to your site. However, notably, the program to customize the mouse seems to be unable to customize the lights in the mouse. It is connecting, and I can (and have) remapped the buttons and changed the DPI settings successfully, it’s just the lighting settings that aren’t working. Is there a fix for this?
