How can I replace my LCD Screen?
My screen recently broke, it refuses to turn on. I read through the tear down and was unable to determine what I should do in order to replace the screen.

Hi Mitch,
Try taking a look at the LCD replacement guides for similar models. The HP EliteBook 8440p has a LCD replacement guide and so does the HP EliteBook 6030p. You can also find a replacement part on Amazon. The replacement LCD for your laptop can be found here. Be sure to double check your model numbers to be sure you've ordered the correct part. Good luck!
