L'enceinte ne s'allume pas
Lorsque j'appuie sur le bouton de marche, il n'y a pas de réponse.
La batterie n'est pas chargée
La batterie de l'appareil pourrait être vide. Si c'est le cas, vous verrez une lumière rouge sur le côté de votre enceinte. Afin de charger l'enceinte, branchez-la à une prise murale à l'aide du câble et de l'adaptateur fourni à l'origine, si disponibles. Si le câble et l'adaptateur d'origine ne sont pas disponibles, utilisez un autre ensemble dont vous avez vérifié qu'il peut charger un appareil.
Enceinte verrouillée
Certains utilisateurs ont indiqué qu'ils avaient résolu les problèmes de leur appareil en effectuant une réinitialisation aux réglages d'usine.
Voici les étapes de la réinitialisation aux réglages d'usine
- Maintenez les boutons "Power" et "Minus" enfoncés
- Attendez une réponse audible
- Tentez d'allumer votre appareil
L'enceinte ne se charge pas
Je branche mon appareil sur la prise murale et lui laisse le temps nécessaire pour se charger, mais l'appareil ne semble pas tenir la charge.
Le câble de charge et l'adaptateur ne fonctionnent pas
Il est possible que le câble ou l'adaptateur utilisé pour charger l'appareil ne fonctionne plus. Essayez une autre combinaison de câble et d'adaptateur micro USB. Laissez l'appareil se charger pendant un certain temps puis essayez de l'allumer.
Batterie morte
Il est possible que la batterie ne fonctionne plus. Si c'est le cas, la batterie devra être remplacée. Veuillez consulter notre tutoriel de remplacement de la batterie pour savoir comment procéder.
Aucun son ne sort de mon enceinte
Le voyant d'alimentation est allumé mais aucun son ne sort de l'enceinte.
L'appareil n'est pas couplé
L'enceinte ne peut pas jouer de la musique sans fil si elle n'est pas couplée à un appareil Bluetooth. Assurez-vous que l'enceinte est correctement couplée à votre appareil (voir la section "Couplage des appareils" ci-dessous).
Enceinte mise en sourdine
Le volume de l'enceinte est peut-être réglé trop bas pour être entendu. Appuyez sur le bouton "volume up" (grand plus) situé sur le côté de l'enceinte jusqu'à ce que le son soit audible.
Appareil couplé mis en sourdine
Si le volume de l'appareil connecté n'est pas augmenté, aucun son ne sortira de l'enceinte. Augmentez le volume de l'appareil jusqu'à ce que le son soit audible.
Le câble auxiliaire n'est pas raccordé correctement
L'enceinte ne fonctionnera correctement qu'avec un connecteur auxiliaire à 3 pôles (jack de 3,5 mm avec 3 anneaux métalliques). Un connecteur auxiliaire à 4 pôles (avec un câble de microphone intégré ou des commandes de volume) risque de ne pas fonctionner correctement avec l'enceinte. Assurez-vous que votre câble auxiliaire est de type tripolaire et qu'il n'est pas endommagé.
Mon appareil ne se couple pas à mon enceinte
Mon UE Megaboom ne se connecte pas à mon téléphone ou à mon contrôleur.
L'UE Megaboom n'est pas en mode couplage
Appuyez sur le bouton de couplage Bluetooth de votre enceinte et maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu'à ce qu'on entende un son. Le bouton de couplage se trouve près du bouton de marche et est marqué du symbole Bluetooth et d'un point blanc.
Trop d'appareils connectés
L'UE Megaboom ne peut se connecter simultanément qu'à 2 appareils et garde en mémoire le couplage de 8 appareils au total.
Veuillez noter que l'enceinte peut se connecter automatiquement à des appareils avec lesquels elle a été couplée auparavant. Assurez-vous de désactiver le Bluetooth sur les appareils que vous n'essayez pas de coupler à l'enceinte.
Si plus de 8 appareils ont été couplés avec l'appareil, vous pouvez lancer une réinitialisation aux réglages d'usine pour effacer la mémoire de l'appareil UE Megaboom, ce qui vous permettra de coupler votre nouvel appareil.
L'enceinte est trop éloignée
Le couplage peut devenir peu fiable si l'enceinte et l'appareil sont trop éloignés l'un de l'autre. Rapprochez l'appareil que vous essayez de coupler à l'enceinte, la distance idéale est entre 30 et 60 cm.
Réinitialisation
Certains utilisateurs ont indiqué qu'ils avaient résolu les problèmes de leur appareil en effectuant une réinitialisation aux réglages d'usine. en effectuant une réinitialisation aux réglages d'usine de leur appareil.
Voici les étapes de la réinitialisation aux réglages d'usine
- Maintenez les boutons "Power" et "Minus" enfoncés
- Attendez une réponse audible
- Tentez d'allumer votre appareil
Le port auxiliaire ne fonctionne pas
Lorsque je branche le câble dans le port auxiliaire, il ne semble pas fonctionner.
Mauvais câble
L'UE Megaboom a été conçue pour être utilisée avec un connecteur auxiliaire à 3 pôles (sans microphone ou câble de télécommande intégré).
N'utilisez pas de câble à 4 pôles (avec microphone intégré), sinon vous pourriez avoir des problèmes de son.
Branchez le câble auxiliaire à 3 pôles de 3,5 mm dans l'enceinte et vérifiez que le son est activé à la fois sur l'appareil et sur l'enceinte.
Obstruction possible
Il est possible qu'un objet bloque le port auxiliaire et l'empêche d'établir une connexion électrique avec le câble. Assurez-vous que rien à l'intérieur du port n'entrave la connexion.
Vérifiez votre câble auxiliaire, le problème peut venir de là et non du port.
La batterie ne tient pas longtemps
La batterie se vide de sa charge plus vite que d'habitude.
L'usage est trop intensif
L'enceinte UE Megaboom est annoncée comme ayant une autonomie de 20 heures. Mais l'autonomie réelle peut varier en fonction de l'utilisation, des réglages et des conditions environnementales. Il est possible que la façon dont vous utilisez l'enceinte soit trop intense et vide la batterie plus rapidement que prévu.
Batterie épuisée
Il est possible que la batterie ne fonctionne plus. Si c'est le cas, la batterie devra être remplacée. Veuillez consulter notre tutoriel de remplacement de la batterie pour savoir comment procéder.
Surveillance de la batterie
Si vous souhaitez suivre l'état de votre charge, appuyez simultanément sur les touches "plus" et "moins" de votre enceinte. Un message audio vous indiquera le niveau de charge de la batterie.
Vous pouvez changer la langue du message dans les paramètres de l'application.

Megaboom will play off the battery as long as I hold my thumb pressing the power button. When I let it go, unit shuts down.
Otherwise will not stay turned on. Plays fine when plugged into the charger.
+- buttons tell me 100 % charged just before shutting off. I s there method of initiating a factory reset whilst on the charger supply?

I had kind of the same problem, it would stay on if I pressed the button a few times in rapid succession after it turned off once by itself. But I plugged in a few different charging cables (mine from Logitech seems to have gone south) until I found one that would fast charge it and let it sit for a while, and it worked great. I have a different problem now, I left it turned off for about 8 hours after I unplugged it at full charge and it's lost 13% battery already

I just bought Megaboom Black Edition. It works perfectly as a Bluetooth speaker. However, when I use a 3.5mm jack cable (3 poles) to connect my iPod/iPhone/PC or any device, the sound is mono and only on one side of the speaker. This is extremely annoying when listening to music that has stereo effects. Stereo works perfectly with Bluetooth but not with cable. Is it normal? Thank you in advance for your answer.

verify that the aux cord is pushed all the way in, its possible that something is obstructing the cord from connecting all the way. also ensure your Aux cord is a stereo aux cable and not a mono one. sometimes they look the same

Megaboom connects to my Macbook via bluetooth then about 4 seconds later it disconnects on its own, i cant play music through it either in that 4 second window?
No problems when it was connected to my phone. i tried the factory reset once, but i was told not to do it too many times.

Just got a Megaboom 2 last week and after a day or two, it stops playing a tone when you turn on or off, or when pressing the Bluetooth button. The lights come on but no indicator sounds. The only way to fix is to reset every time. Any ideas what could be causing this?

hi guys, same problem as above. Stays on but plays sound only if is plugged in a chargiing cable. Yesterday everything was fine, from today not anymore. even if I turn it on or off there is no sound from the device as usual. some advice how to fix?

Ever since i got mine i notice a definite degradation in sound quality after playing music (at about 80% volume) for about 30 mins.
In order to maintain sound quality i continually have to decrease the volume.

Has anyone addressed the Audio latency issue. Not plugged in. Via Bluetooth there’s an enormous lag. I switched from JBL yesterday and bought this Megaboom. We’re off to a lousy start!

Your speaker surround has probably separated from the speaker cone like mine did.

I’ve owned a pair of MegaBoom speakers for a few years now for outside (on the job) use. I often run the battery down to 20% or less by the end of the day. My issue is recharging time. I usually need 12-15 hours to return the units to a full (no blinking) charge. I’m considering a battery replacement, but not sure if that will fix the problem.
Note: The speakers have been upgraded as per Logtech’s advice.

My speaker would not turn on (Until yesterday 2nd April 2019) and I tried several of the suggestions I found here and elsewhere on the web. Then, almost by accident, I pressed the Power Button at the same time as the Blutooth Button and ‘hey presto’ it turned on and operated normally. Whether my previous button combinations and/or plugging in and out the USB lead, to different sources and different leads ‘prepared’ the UE Megaboom for this 2-Button reset I don’t know - But it worked for me! Hope this helps someone.

I am having an issue getting the unit to pair with any other device. Originally my husband paired and it was working fine. I couldn’t get it to pair with my device after trying countless times. It would tell me to check my connection (which was fine), or to move closer (I was right next to it). I finally googled some feedback and it was recommended that I reset. I did so and was able to connect, but now my husband can’t. He’s having the same issue I am. After further research, I saw one note that said not to keep doing the reset or it could cause permanent issues or damage.
anyone know what we can do to pair other devices? We are not pairing simultaneously, just like to switch devices for different playlists, etc.

If you experience the blown out bass sound and are up for a challenge, I just took mine apart and found that the flexible speaker surround had separated from the semi-rigid cone of the speaker. So I am in the process of gluing it back on and we shall see if that solves my issues.

When I try to connect to Megaboom with my Windows 10 laptop, I get a bluescreen (dpc watchdog violation error). Also, even when paired, sometimes sound doesnt come from the speaker. It either continues coming from the laptop, or no sound comes at all. Any help?

Need help, UE Megaboom makes a sound when I turn it on not the starting up sound but different, it’s like a battery low sound. When turned on it has a white light and looks charged. After about 2 seconds it turns off. It’ll even connect to a phone in that 2 seconds but it doesn’t matter it’ll just shut off. I tried the (Minus and Power button trick to reset it) didn’t work. I tried to put it in the fridge because many people said that would work, it didn’t. I’m out of ideas. I have my other megaboom speaker and it works just fine but I would like it if this one doesn’t go to waste. Any help?

I am having the same exact problem! The first thing I noticed is over the weekend, it quit auto turning itself off. It used to turn itself off after music was not playing for about 15 minutes. Now I’ve charged it and it makes the sound you are talking about….it stays connected for like 2 seconds….and then it turns off. I absolutely love this speaker!! Can anyone help? Does anyone have any other suggestions?

My Megaboom is 100% charged but it only stays on when it’s plugged to the charger, otherwise it won’t turn on like it’s dead , what can be the problem?? I tried all tricks with volume down and power button etc.

My Megaboom is simply not doing anything anymore. Not charging, Not turning on, no hard reset (I tried all possible button options) And the last time it worked, it did work just fine.

If your Alexa doesn’t respond unless you are really close to the microphone, turns out there is a faulty batch of MegaBoom and Megablast speakers that have this issue but Logitech can'‘t identify which ones are affected. They are waiting for a firmware update to be issued but at present there is no ETA on that. Two choices: wait and see if the firmware is updated or ask for a replacement from the retailer. If you contact Logitech support, they will run through 30 minutes of tests, resets etc and then issue you a warranty return note for a faulty device. Then you just have to hope the replacement doesn’t have the same issue.

My UE MEGABOOM only was playing while charging. When I displuged, it stopped playing (but da light of the on/off button was still on and my phone was still reconizing it on the bluetooh).

i let mine drop about 1 foot onto the power button side, 2 times. something wassnt seating right. works fine for now. i also tried to change my battery, that wasnt the problem. drop it it ..worked for me

when playing a Spotify playlist happily for 1 hour, a female automated voice states, ‘make sure your connected to the internet’, then shuts my speaker off, or cuts the music out.
I’m obviously on the internet to play my Spotify play list. It’s very disruptive!

I have an original Megaboom. When fully charged amd then left turned off for a few days or weeks the battery drains to nothing. Will a new battery solve this.
Connected it to my Macbook Air and played musoc from Garage Band but the megaboom produces lots of feedback as if the mic on the megaboom is picking up the sound coming from it. Any advice please?
