Growler Not Pouring
When the tap is opened, beer doesn’t come out.
Beer Keg is Empty
Remove beer keg from the system the same way it was inserted. Check if keg is empty, fill or replace as needed.
Crossed Beer and Co2 Lines
The arrows displayed on the top of the keg direct where the keg and Co2 lines should be inserted . If just Co2 is coming out check the fittings of the Co2 and beer lines to see if they are reversed.
Beer in the Water Reservoir
Kegerator is leaking onto your counter.
Puncture in the Keg
If there are any holes in the keg it will cause leaking. Remove keg from the system and inspect for any punctures.
Puncture in Hoses
If there are holes it will cause the beer to leak. Open the top of the system and remove the keg. The hose lines will become more visible. Inspect the hose lines for any punctures that may be a leaking cause. If there is a puncture in the beer line use the supplied replacement beer line.
Hoses Intact
If your system is leaking, check the beer line and Co2 hose on the inside. Make sure they are screwed on or installed properly.
Excessive Co2 Use
Co2 tank empties.
Loose Co2 Hoses
If your Co2 is emptying out overnight on its own, open the device and remove the keg. The Co2 line should now be more visible. Inspect the hose and ensure that it is tightly secured to the device.
Wrong Size Co2 Tank
The only Co2 cartridges this system takes is a 16g unthreaded Co2 tank. If the wrong ones are used it will not work, and leak out Co2. If the tanks are threaded it will leak. Replace with correct Co2 tanks.
Over/Under Carbonation
If you poor your beer and notice an excessive amount of foam.
Empty Co2 Tank
If your Co2 tank is empty, your beer will foam. Check to see if your Co2 tank is not empty. It may need to be replaced or another leaking issue may have been the cause.
Clogged Hoses
Build up occurs in the hoses overtime. Make sure they are clean to assure a fresh and clean beer line to avoid foaming. Using clean water, use the hose cleaner that came with the device and push water through the hoses to clean them out.
Refrigeration System not Cooling
If beer is not as cold and refreshing as you are expecting then potential causes are;
No Water in the System
Check for water. Water must have been added prior to installing the keg. The water supports the cooling system to get the system to 36 degrees. Remove the Keg if installed and add water to the bottom of the system.
System Cooler not getting Power
If your system is not refrigerating, check to see if your system is receiving power. Try plugging it into a different power source. If that is not the case it may be an electrical issue within the refrigerating system.

Had one !&&* of a time swapping out the O ring. Finally got it out, but then the little metal puncture piece got loose and fell into the top of the unit. Nightmare !!! Any tips for replacing that O ring going forward?

No instructions on how to change the co2 seal! Is it the small black O ring ? How did you get the old one out?

Why is there a drip coming from the tap when not pouring a beer?

The growler is full, CO2 is flowing when I turn it on, but when I pull the tap, it only spits out a small amount of foam but no beer flows. All the lines are correct and connections are secure. Any idea how to fix this?
