Additional Information
Before starting the replacement, make sure the laptop is completely powered off, unplugged, and disconnected from any external devices. After removing the base cover, the battery cable should be disconnected from the system board before loosening the battery screws and lifting the battery out. When installing the new battery, align it correctly in the battery bay, secure the screws, reconnect the battery cable, and reattach any adhesive tape.
