I plugged in the charger and the red yell and green lights show. But when I put the watch on the charger, it doesn't charge. Dissent even show the red light to show it would be charging. Is the charger faulty or is the watch faulty

I charge my watch every night I put it on in the morning it's usually at around 97 to 98% I put it back on the charger till it gets to a hundred pct, I go to go to work Midway through the day the phone turns off and I cannot turn it back on when I get back home I put it on the charger and it says it's still at 72% why does my phone shut off Midway through the day when it still has battery life and why can't I turn it back on when it still has battery life, this happens on a daily basis it shuts off and I cannot turn it back on or the battery will run out for hours into the day and when I get home it's at 17% after 4 hours

My watch will power down, and not turn back on, as if the battery has died. But, then, I'll put it on the chrger, and it will show that it still has battery life, sometimes, even as much as 54%.
But, then everything is fine again, once I put it on the charger

Anyone have issues with the pedometer? Just randomly stopped working. Everything else works and tracks fine just doesn't track my steps. The watch is just over a year old.

My S2 Classic would show a decent charge then turn off like 30 sec. later.
So I reset the watch by letting it charge to at least 35%
(hold watch plugged in to charger-you can still use the screen!) Hold down power button till turns on
Swipe up on the Home screen.
Tap Settings.
Tap Gear info.
Tap Reset Gear.
Tap Factory reset.
Tap OK.
This will reset all your apps & will have to reconnect with phone. Watch seems more normal now.
The watch won’t turn offer during reboot this way!

Thanks! I did not need to go as far as factory reset, but your tip at least turned on my watch and I could proceed from there!
